Sweat Is a Kind of Prayer

Honoring labor as a spiritual act.
Some prayers are whispered.
Others are hammered in.
You don't need incense.
You don't need stillness.
You need motion.
The weight of a tool in your hand.
The rhythm of a cut.
The breath between effort and ease.
Work done with care becomes something else.
Sacred not because it's seen,
but because you gave yourself to it.
The dust settles.
Your body aches.
And somehow, you feel more whole.
Because every drop of sweat,
when offered with presence,
is a kind of prayer.
